We are looking for a confident IT Administrator

Delivering high-quality products and services to our clients is what we do best, but ensuring this level is consistently met requires that our own IT infrastructure is running at the optimal level. The right candidate for this role will be open to and flexible in managing multiple areas of our current IT infrastructure as well as managing equipment purchasing and support. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems are delivered to uphold our reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Onsite client & employee support
• Internal Infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, & support
• IT Data security
• Windows & Linux server support
• Managing equipment purchasing & setup
• Leading employee onboarding & offboarding procedure
• Planning, preparing and implementing internal IT projects

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
• Experience with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu) – both client and server systems administration
• Active Directory (User, group management), Azure AD and O365 hands-on experience - knowledge about Microsoft ecosystem
• Working knowledge of Network Theory and experience in Network Practical (Layer 2- Layer 3) and Security Firewalling (Layer 4/Layer 7)
• Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Openstack, K8s)
• Understanding of networking, the capability to troubleshoot network problems
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & time management skills
• Very good English language skills
